YEA for this year’s Twin City Firecracker Festival in OurFESTUS! Our family always has a blast at this event!

The event starts today (Friday, June 28, 2024), and goes through tomorrow with many activities, food, live music, and (of course!) a Saturday night firework show!
Held at the Larry G. Crites Memorial Park/West City Park, this is a family-friendly event hosted by the City of Festus. There is an itty-bitty carnival, full of fair rides on the lower portion of the park.
You need to purchase tickets for rides. CASH ONLY. $1.25 per ticket or $20 for 22 ride tickets (no armbands available). Each ride needs 2-4 tickets.
When you walk up to the top of the park’s hill, there are a variety of food, drink and treat trucks/booths.
You also need cash to purchase beer tickets. $5 for a beer ticket or you can buy 5 tickets for $20.
Many local vendors will be selling an array of arts and products.
We enjoy walking around, riding all the rides, and dancing to the live music.

“Don’t miss this year’s Twin City Firecracker Festival! There will be craft and food vendors, a carnival, fishing derbies, petting zoo, and pony rides! Don’t forget the free live music!
Friday night, Trixie Delight will rock the house from 7-10pm.
On Saturday night, American Idol Finalist, Jada Vance, gets things warmed up at 6pm before CHRIS CAGLE takes over at 8:30! A fireworks display at 10pm on Saturday night will cap off the event!”
