Sometimes it can feel overwhelming or synthetic to predict how we will experience our feelings in the future.
Something we have been doing in our family is to be curious about how we want to feel, JUST for today.
It’s a simple, itty-bitty practice to tune into being intentional within our own, individual internal state of mind.
When we feel we have a choice to feel a certain way, this can feel liberating.
I often like to create an “aligned acronym” to further define what a feeling-word means to ME.
So, just for today, I choose to FEEL GRATEFUL
