Letting Go to Get

Butterfly in Festus, MO

Last week I shared reflections on refocusing energy to build the new.

I love this, AND, I also hold space for removing and releasing the blocks that prevent us from building.

We only have so much bandwidth and space in our mind, body, and soul to hang onto limiting beliefs and barriers that prevent us from building.

If you are feeling a little stuck on building and creating your up-leveled identity of who you want to be in 2024, I invite you to let go.

Let go of guilt, disorganization, attachments, and disengagement.

Release guilt to make space for pride.

Let go of disorganization to allow for clarity.

Shed attachments to outcomes and numbers to create an opportunity to focus on the itty-bitty thoughts and behaviors within your control.

Release disengagement to invite in meaningful moments to connect with yourself, others, and the world around you.

For every choice we make, for every trade-off we agree to, we always GIVE something to GET something.

What are you agreeing to LET GO of TO GET the space you need to move forward to build what you want in 2024?

“Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness.”

– Thich Nhat Hanh

These butterfly pictures were taken in my Festus, Missouri neighborhood when the weather was warmer.

We all know how much work caterpillars need to do to LET GO TO GET the freedom to fly.

This is a non-paid endorsement wishing you moments to reflect and honor letting go to support the life you want to build in 2024.

As always, our community welcomes your thoughts, insights, and comments on this topic, on social media.

Thank you for reading and sharing.
