As a follow-up to my March 4, 2023 post on exploring and identifying a “Service Fulfillment Formula,” I wanted to shine light on my thoughts behind the concept.
Feeling stagnant in my personal and professional life in November 2022, I became curious about the dullness. Nothing was fundamentally wrong; however, was craving sparkle in the form of connection and creativity.
Despite living in the Festus area since the summer of 2018, I was enthralled with the acclimation of living a new life in a new state and did little to venture out or meet new people. Then, an itty-bitty global pandemic hit. We all took a pause from the formation and nourishment of new relationships and exploration.
Late 2022 was the time I became aware I needed to emerge from my physical, intellectual and emotional isolation. I wanted to have more meaning and happiness. I became curious if I could be of service to help others while supporting a creative challenge that allowed me to connect.
Enter in my creation of a simple formula to assist in brainstorming ideas that feel genuine:
Topic + Action + Audience = Service
My answers were/are:
Inspiration + Communication + Festus-area Community = My Service Offering
I hope to be of service to our Festus-area community by communicating images to pair with thought-provoking concepts. Whether I am supporting individual authenticity, an educational event, a creative entrepreneur or local business, or simply the love of living here, my goal is to inspire and motivate others to tune-in with themselves, develop deeper connections and share their valuable insights and talents with our Festus-area.
