Being a transplant resident in Festus, Missouri, many ask WHY I am promoting living and loving life in the Festus area?Having lived in many other small and large cities in the Midwest, I think it is special here. I want to stay here and my “why” is led by my beliefs:
- I believe in creative entrepreneurs who are on a mission to serve our community.
- I believe in the power of genuine connections and building relationships. I think people look to others for support and guidance. I think there is value in sincere, wholehearted referrals. When one is helped, an energy of trust is cultivated.
- I believe when one feels trust within their society, they feel a sense of belonging. This inspires people, of all ages, to be confident to speak up, stand up and feel proud that their itty-bitty contribution, and kindness, makes a big difference.
- I believe when our actions align with our beliefs and values, it creates an internal purpose to drive our focus and creates a meaningful intention for living a beautiful life.
This is my WHY, and my motives, on a small and grander scale.
